• A contribution of US$150,000 which is non-refundable is required for a single applicant
• A contribution of US$195,000 which is non-refundable is required for the main applicant with upto 3 dependents (i.e, a spouse and two children)
• A contribution of US$10,000 for additional dependents, regardless of their age

• US$7,500 : Main applicant;
