National Development Fund is a non profit fund established in 2006 by the Antigua & Barbuda Government with aim of offering support to non profit organisation delivering services in sectors like healthcare, education, environmental development, youth development or promotion of sports and culture.

Citizenship by Investment through NDF :

Government of Antigua and Barbuda has a special program by which an investor can apply for citizenship by investment program through investment in NFD. The investment amount is a minimum amount of USD 1,00,000 per application. This is a one time payment to be made by the investor.

Citizenship by Investment - Real Estate

In order to attract foreign investor the Antigua and Barbuda government has established a second type of citizenship by investment program which requires the investors to invest in real estate - purchasing a property.

Under this method the government requires an investor to make an investment in a n officially approved property with a value of at least US$ 4,00,000. Payment of government processing fees and due diligence fees is extra. The processing fees for a family of four is US$ 50,000 and and for every additional member the processing fees is US$ 15,000.

Investors can also make an investment jointly provided each of them makes an investment of US$ 200,000. Under the citizenship by investment program the government has applied a condition according to which the owner of the property cannot resell it until 5 years.
